About Me

I am a professional graduated in engineering from ITA (Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica) in 1987, MBA in administration from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) in 2000 and postgraduate from ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) in 2007. From a very early age I study a lot and over time I learned to learn faster and faster. I consider my greatest asset to be my knowledge and my persistence.

I performed an Executive Assessment with Korn Ferry in 2015 that i keep as a guidance since then.

My Career

Working on the last 36 years with cutting-edge technology on IT, Leading and innovativating on companies like: NTTData, DBNB, HP, HCL, STEFANINI, TOTVS, EDS, DIVEO, UNISYS, CREDICARD, EMBRAER and ARTHUR ANDERSEN.

I developed many projects in several countries such as: USA, Canada, Peru, Chile, Mexico and India.

My career can be divided into three main phases during which I reinvented myself several times working with Infrastructure, Systems Development and Digital Transformation.

At the beginning of my career, I worked strongly in the infrastructure area with what was most challenging at the time.

In the second phase, I worked in executive positions in the area of ​​Software Development, Software Factory and Outsourcing.

In my current phase, I am working with Digital Transformation, again, with what is most challenging in public and private clouds, with architecture and Devops/Gitops.
