Stefanini is a global company with 35 years of experience in the market, offering a robust selection of services such as automation, cloud, Internet of Things (IoT), and user experience (UX).

Nowdays, Stefanini provides a broad portfolio of solutions, combining innovative consulting, marketing, mobility, personalized campaigns, and artificial intelligence services with traditional solutions such as service desk, field service, and outsourcing (BPO).

The group has 30.000 employees allocated aroud 30 companies on the Group.

Main achievements

  • Structured the development centers by processes, standardized work processes among all centers, strengthened the role of the project manager and implemented a matrix structure to monitor projects.
  • Designed new criteria and models for commercial negotiation of closed-cost projects, defining acceptance criteria, metrics, SLA's and commercial safeguards.
  • Designed and implemented new service offerings such as: SOA, Scrum, Sharepoint, Methodology for outsourcing, Test Factory, Mobile Factory, among others.
  • I worked in the sale and pre-sale of systems development outsourcing projects in Brazil, Mexico, Peru and USA.
  • Increased the seniority of the project management team and implemented a PMI certification plan for the entire team.
  • Formed a team for MPSBR/CMMI certification, training them in 6-sigma projects and training 04 green belts and one black belt.
  • Conquered in 2009 the MPSBR level A certification.
  • Implemented a knowledge management project adopted by the entire company.
  • Implemented a project office with the definition of physical and financial monitoring criteria, opening and closing processes, mechanisms for evaluating sales performance, monitoring the contribution margins of each project.
  • Preparation and control of spending (OPEX) and investment (CAPEX) budgets.
  • Negotiated a commercial agreement with IBM for the use of the entire Rational and Team Concert suite, initially covering a group of 1,000 employees.
  • Restructured a systems development center in Peru with the implementation of testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Designed a tool for the physical and financial management of the entire project portfolio, then the tool was adopted by the entire company.
  • Led several processes of analysis, response and defense of RFP's and RFI's in the areas of systems outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing and systems development and integration projects in Brazil and abroad.
  • Management of high availability production environments in Brazil, USA, and Latin America.
  • Management and implementation of software factory in high and low platform in several technologies such as: Cobol, Abap, .Net, Java, Sharepoint, among others.
  • Design and implementation of the quality area for systems development.
  • Driving the CMMI level 5 and MPSBS-A certification process for the systems development area.
  • Implementation of a development and testing center in India to reduce the operating cost of projects over 10,000 hours.
  • Implementation of tools for project portfolio management with a focus on profitability and management of formal communication with customers.
  • I assembled a strong and motivated team that was able to help me increase the operation's productivity by 15% with a 10% reduction in operating costs over 2 years. Implementation of processes and tools that today represent an important competitive differential for the company.
